Hi, I'm Carmen!
I started out in Jacksonville, Florida in 2019 around the pandemic time. Yes, it was the worst time to start a business. With hard work and dedication the business expanded in 2023 to Gainesville area when my son decided to study at UF, and he needed a place to stay. I have now a client base in Jacksonville, and the Gainesville areas. In 2024 the family decided to make the permanent move to Jonesville area, which is now home sweet home.
Being a realtor is more than just buying and selling a home for a client.
A home is were memories are made, money was invested in, and cannot be looked upon as just a transaction.
Since my business is in both Jacksonville and the central Florida, I am part of NEFAR MLS and STELLAR MLS which has the advantage to offer maximum exposure when listing a property on the market.
